Invitation for Bid (IFB) Number X00-0322. All work must be completed within 84 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The site, approximately 263 hectares (648 acres), will include clearing, grubbing, and selective demolition for approximately 68 hectares (168 acres). Construction includes, but is not limited to, installation and maintenance of an erosion control system during the duration of the contract, and demolition of selected existing site improvements, utilities and structures. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Documents will be available on or about February 12, 1998.
