Must be new, never used. Washers shall be Type I, Class 4, sixteen to eighteen pound capacity, top loading, heavy and continuous duty, commercial grade, automatic self-service laundry type. Dryers shall be Type I, Class 4, sixteen to eighteen pound capacity, front loading, heavy duty, commercial grade, single and double stacked clothes dryers. Washers and dryers are to be delivered and installed F.O.B. destination.
