The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire centrifugal pumps for the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Detachment Boston in support of the USS Mount Whitney (LCC-20). The requirement is for four (4) each centrifugal chilled water pumps (900 GPM, 75 PSI, 6 x 6 x 15, with 60HP electric motor) and for four (4) each sea water pumps (822 GPM, 35 PSI, 6 x 6 x 15, with 25HP electric motor). A firm-fixed priced, commercial items-type contract is contemplated. The pumps are to be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA.
