This is a request for a 3 year firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract that will include 3 program years and 2 possible option years. The total maximum quantity is 100 each or 20 per year. The solicitation includes a purchase description ANZNV-A dated 25 September 1997 for a Power Analyzer. The purchase description can be accessed on the GPETE web site through the use of the adobe acrobat icon at http://gpete-www.itd.nrl.navy.mil. The closing date of the solicitation is 28 February 1998. Only technical proposals are requried when the solicitation closes, pricing information is not required. However, after technical acceptability has been confirmed pricing information will then be required. In all liklihood bid sample testing of equipment will be required therefore readable technical proposals are needed and required.
