Under this purchase order, the contractor will provide baseline flight character- istics and trajectory analysis for a discus shaped munition being developed by the government to engage and defeat buried land mines. Contractor efforts will include establishing preliminary analysis of flight trajectories, probability of hit, and probability of kill. Preliminary launcher concepts will also be explored as part of this effort. A Final Technical Report is due one year from award of con- tract award. The U.S. Army intends to issue a non-competitive solicitation to Arrow Tech Associates. See Note 22. (0013)
