It is the Government's intent to acquire from Optiphase, Inc. the following: To design, fabricate, and test a 2"X4" digital signal processing electronics board with these specifications -- bias stability 1 deg/hr, max angular rate capability plus/minus 2000 deg/sec that can be integrated with an optical portion of a Fiber Optic Gyroscope developed at the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command. The electronics board shall include an optical receiver. Optiphase is the only known vendor capable of performing this requirement within time and cost restraints. The contractor shall deliver the hardware and a report documenting the results of above efforts upon completion of task. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. All requests must be in writing. (0013)
