We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Fitness Center Alaskan Armed Forces All Star Basketball Tournament to be held 3-5 April 1998. The event will take place at the Elmendorf Fitness Center. The tournament will consist of men's and women's teams, social and award ceremony, MVP awards, 3-point king and queen, an all-tournament team and tournament high scorer. There will be approximately 120 people participating in the event. We are accepting sponsorship/donations for trophies, t-shirts, for each entrant, basketballs, food and beverages. We have no money budgeted for this event. Approximately $2500 for sponsorship is needed. Dollar sponsorships are accepted as well. We will accept all or part as sponsorship for this event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 27 March 1998.
