The characteristics for the capstan are: 1) shall be rated for 10,000lbs line pull with a line speed of 160 feet per minute; 2) shall operate using hydraulic pressure no more than 2800 PSI and 50 GPM; 3) Gypsy head shall be no less than 16 inches diameter; 4) unit shall be suitable for use as a portable capstan which bolts to a flush deck; 5) unit should have a foot print of approximately 30x30 inches and an overall height of 39 inches or less; units to be Marco Model WG116B or equal. The quantity is (2) each to be delivered FOB Destination to Atlantic Marine Center, 439 West York Street, Norfolk, VA 23510. This is 100% set-aside for small business.
