This acquisition is set aside for urban Indian organizations under the authority of Title V of Public Law 94-437, Indian Health Care Improvement Act. The contractor shall provide culturally sensitive, intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment for alcohol/drug dependent and dual-diagnosed clients, for adult men and women American Indians and Alaskan natives residing in the metropolitan Salt Lake City, Utah area. The contractor shall furnish the necessary professional qualified personnel, materials, and services, and otherwise manage all things necessary for/or incident to the scope of work. Services are to be provided from date of award through September 30, 1998 with four (4) option years.
