The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a contract, and solicit offers for construction management support services for the construction of a Federal Detention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror conforming to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other related factors considered. The original synopsis for this proposed contract action is modified to include the following evaluation criteria, and shall be utilized to evaluate offers.
