The Bureau of Reclamation, PN Region, Boise, Idaho has the following requirement.The work to be performed under this Request for Quotations (RFQ) 1425-98-SQ-10-00090 consists of earthwork for and construction of reinforced concrete abutments and slabs, furnishing and placing an aluminum pedestrian access bridge. The purpose of this work is to provide access to the existing McKay Creek Fish Barrier for cleaning and maintenance. The work is located approximately 1-3/4 miles west of Pendleton, Oregon, at the confluence of the McKay Creek and Umatilla River, in Umatilla County.
