Z -- REPLACEMENT OF IRRIGATION SYSTEM, MOBILE NATIONAL CEMETERY, MOBILE, AL, PROJECT NO. 862-97-001 SOL 520-13-98 DUE 030498 POC Ben Kotulski Project consists of furnishing and installing two (2) new independent automated irrigation systems on two (2) separate cemetery sites. Each system to include new water meters, backflow preventers, booster pumps with lock boxes, automatic and manual valves, pop-up rotors and spray heads, hose bibs, automatic controllers, and all other components required for complete automated irrigation systems. Electrical work includes the replacement of the existing electrical service and electrical panel. Additional work includes the replacement of flag pole floodlighting fixtures to include the installation of new underground electrical circuits. All work to be completed within 90 calendar days from receipt of the "Notice to Proceed". Construction Cost Estimate: $25,000 to $100,000. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for February 18, 1998, at 10:00 A.M. (Local Time), at the Cemetery Lodge, Mobile National Cemetery, Virginia and Owens Streets, Mobile, Alabama. A limited number of bid packages are available and will be issued at no cost on a first come, first served basis, to be requested in writing or by FAX at (228) 385-5796, issued on February 4, 1998. The award of this solicitation is subject to a 60-day bid acceptance time and is contingent on the availability of funds.
