The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a contract to Bodenseewerk Geratetechnik (BGT) GmbH., Missile Division (Ueberlingen, Germany), for the procurement of AGM-88B High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) hardware and software guidance enhancements, functional improvements, modification, validations, testing and documentation. This effort is the results of an international agreement with Germany and Italy to co-develop these enhancements. BGT is the only known Germany company with unique HARM experience that is required to mitigate risk of successful integration of the precision Inertial Navigation System (INS) that will take place at Raytheon TI Systems, 2501 South Highway 121, Lewisville, Texas 75067.
