This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and will be awarded on an 'all or none' basis. This procurement is set aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code utilized is 3714, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Defense Priority Rating for this acquisition is DO. Offerors must bid on all line items to be considered responsive. Offerors will bid on the following items: LINE ITEM 0001 -- Assembly, Filter (Quantity 50 each) -- By-pass oil filtration system, capable of replacing filter element w/cartridge (no screw-ins), must be able to mount horizontally and vertically, for larger diesel and gasoline engines (ie. trucktractors & construction equipment), Golf Coast Filters Center P/N 0-1 or equal. LINE ITEM 0002 -- Assembly, Filter (Quantity 100 each) -- By-pass oil filtration system, capable of replacing filter element w/cartridge (no screw-ins), must mount horizontally and vertically, to include installation kit (fittings and hose), for gasoline & small diesel engines, Gulf Coast Filter Center P/N 0-1JR or equal. LINE ITEM 0003 -- Element, Replacement (Quantity 500 each) -- For Gulf Coast Filter Center P/N 0-1JR or equal. LINE ITEM 0004 -- Package, Fitting (Quantity 50 each) -- With hose and fittings for 0-1 filter assembly, Golf Coast Filter Center replacement element for P/N 0-1 or equal. LINE ITEM 0005 -- Element, Replacement (Quantity 500 each) -- For Gulf Coast Filters Center P/N 0-1 or equal. "Or equal" offers must specify brand name. The Government requires delivery to be made FOB destination 45 to 60 days after date of award. The destination shall be the 36th Logistics Group, Building 17000, Unit 14040, Andersen AFB Guam, 96543. Standard commercial warranties apply to this acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45.
