(360)476-2106 The following information is provided as a sources
sought/market survey of industry to determine if there are potential
contractors who have a commercial, non-developmental product to meet
the government's requirements. The requirement is for an automatic gas
tungsten arc welding (GTAW) system with min 450 AMP continuous
current/voltage power supply, high frequency arc starter, integrated
cooling system, min. 500 AMP GTAW torch. System must also include at
GTAW control and data system, operation station, motor command center,
work piece manipulator, torch positioner, rotary positioner, wire
feeder, and wire nozzle positioner. Successful contractor will install
unit and provide training to shipyard personnel. Preliminary
Installation Planning drawings, manuals, spare parts list, PCB certs,
OSHA certs, and MSDS data will be required. Send technical data with
