This procurement is limited to Bell Helicopter Textron, 600 Hurst Blvd., Fort Worth TX, 76101 and Canadian Marconi Company, 600 Drive Frederik Philips Blvd, Saint Laurent PQ H4M Canada 00, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX, New Cumberland, PA, and Stockton, CA. Deliveries to begin 480 days after receipt of order. The Government currently does not have in its possession supporting data sufficient, accurate or legible enough to support full and open competition. Data is controlled by sources identified above. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This proposed contractual action is for supplies which cannot be procured through full and open competition because the authority cited states only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognized and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting Officer, and provide supporting evidence which will permit their participation in the current or future requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
