A -- HAZARD PREDICTION AND ASSESSMENT CAPABILITY (HPAC) SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND INTEGRATION SOL DSWA01-98-R-0012 DUE 022098 POC Carol Dickerson, Negotiator, (703) 325-1193, Scott Morton, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-1200 The objective of this effort includes: HPAC software architecture maintenance and upgrade; consulting support to HPAC software developers on architecture and software development issues; integration of HPAC software components produced by the software developers into the executable HPAC software product; design and execution of HPAC problem reporting and resolution system; execution of HPAC software configuration control, including code control and change control; HPAC software integration testing, system testing, facilitation of beta testing, and support to developers for unit testing; construction of HPAC software user documentation; and HPAC software production. Period of performance is estimated to be thirty-six (36) months with a final report preparation cycle. All contractor personnel will require DoD security clearance of SECRET. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. The due date for receipt of proposals shown above is estimated and actual due date will be indicated in the solicitation when it is released.
