Parker, Contract Specialist, (202)366-6014 The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to negotiate a Purchase Order with Comprehensive Integrated Solutions, Inc. to perform a cultural risk analysis and to continue with a series of workshops entitled, "Office of Motor Carrier Transformation Workshops." The analysis will help the organization understand the cultural risks in attempting to achieve the mission of a crash-free environment. The workshop will focus on an in-depth understanding of the Office of Motor Carrier (OMC) vision and mission through working with focus groups, performing field research with customers and analyzing organizational policy and objectives. The Transformation Workshop will be tailored to meet OMC's objectives and therfore, a combination of both expertise in cultural risk analysis and familiarity with OMC's environment and culture is mandatory. Because of Comprehensive Integrated Solutions experience and background with FHWA in these areas, no other source is considered reasonably available.
