TAYLOR, Contract Specialist, 757-441-6888 The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the University of Connecticut, National Undersea Research Center to provide labor and material to continue proposal process, in conjunction with NMFS and NEFMC, for an experimental closed area at NOAA/Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary (SBNMS), the contractor shall continue the studies of habitat ecology of fishes at SBNMS, and continue studies to establish methods for biodiversity monitoring. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with University of Connecticut under the authority of 6.302.
