Structral engineering services on an as-needed basis for structural condition inspection of structures, designs for new structures, and repair and rehabilitation designs for existing structures. Individual projects will consist primarily of bridge work, but may also include structural engineering support for other facilities throughout Region 1 of the Forest Services. Work may include preparation of preliminary designs and reports, contract plans, specifications and construction cost estimates, inspection, load analysis and rating, and periodic review of construction submittals and on-site construction inspection and reviews. One-year contract period from date of award, with an option for renewal in each of the succeeding two years. The cost range is estimated not to exceed $75,000 for each one-year period.
