Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) intends to procure on an emergency basis via full and open competition, one each 4MBPS terrestrial data circuit between White Sands, New Mexico and Naval Computer & Telecommunications Area Master Station (NCTAMS), Guam as listed on the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) and Statement of Work. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for mission critical transmission. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested per the attached RFP and are located in the attached WORD 6.0 file, and inlcudes complete descriptions and performance specifications together with CSC Representations and Certifications. Interested parties have nine (9) days from the publication date of the Synopsis/RFP to submit their quotes to the undersigned at the Internet address or fax number listed below. All attached paperwork must be downloaded from the WWW page and completed as part of the RFP. Additionally, it is the offerors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. The closing date for any hard copy received shall be the same as the solicitaiton, inlclusive of any amendments, released on the Internet. Business size is requested.
