Interested parties should, as early as possible, but not later than 10 days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office evidence of capability to perform the requirement. That evidence shall consist of, but not be limited to, points of contact, narrative description of the requirement, and dollar value, of any contracts dealing with Removal, Transportation, and Treatment/Disposal of Biomedical/Regulated Waste during the last three years. If adequate interest is not received from small business concerns, the solicitation will be issued as full and open competition without further notice.
