The Communications-Electronic Command (CECOM) Acquisition Center has a requirement for modification of the C-11746(V)4/ARC,P/O AH/64A into the C-11746B(V)3/ARC,P/O OH-48D for a maximum of 180 each under a 3 year requirements contract. This modification shall supply the components and changes necessary to allow the unit to meet the needs of the KIOWA Warrior (OH058-D) helicopters. Procurement will be on a sole source non-competive negotiation basis with Telephonics Corporation, Farmingdale, NY which is the actual manufacturer and has the technical data necessary to perform the required tasks.
