Johnson Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center intends to Award a contract for on site repair/sharpening of surgical instruments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation documents and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This procurement is Unrestricted. SIC 7699. Contractor shall provide on site repair/sharpening of various types of surgical instruments for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Ralph H. Johnson Medical Center, Charleston, SC 29401. Offerors are requested to provide their most current catalogue price list, and the monthly costs for services. This will be a firm fixed price contract. FOB is destination. Payent will be made in arrears on certified invoices.
