Moore, (320)632-7537 The USPFO for Minnesota has a requirement for On-Site Medical Suveillance Testing to be performed at two locations (Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN and Army Aviation Support Facility, St. Paul, MN), to be performed for a base year with a possibility of an additional option year. Vendor must be able to perform the following tests: CBC with Differential, SMAC, UA, HMS, Pb/ZPP, Audiometry, PFT, Chest X-Ray, and B-Reader. Testing shall be administered on an as-needed basis to be co-ordinated between the vendor and the Government. Contract will be in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, under Full and Open Competition. Interested sources must submit a written request for the solicitation.
