DESCRIPTION: Nonpersonal services to provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, materials, supervision and other terms necessary for performance of Entry Control Monitor Services for the Combined Intelligence Center located in Building 920 at Peterson AFB, CO. Contractor shall have experience in security-related functions and automated systems and process users for Visitor Control. Contractor shall monitor the automated entry control system, monitor entry/egress of all personnel, issue badges and arrange for escorts for personnel without clearances and issue badges to personnel with the proper security clearances who do not have a permanent badge in their possession. Contractor's hours of operation are from 0500 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday through Friday). One weekend a month will be required from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A DD Form 254 (Contract Security Classification), with a level of SECRET is required prior to start date of this contract. Basic contract period is 01 October 1998 through 30 September 1999, with three (3) one-year option periods. Invitation for Bid (IFB), F05604-98-B7001, will be issued on or about 5 May 98. SIC is 7382, Security Systems Services. Sealed bids will be due on or about 3 June 1998. Solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. Firms desiring consideration should request bid package in writing from the Contracting. Requests shall indicate business size (small, nonprofit, or large) and business representation (woman-owned, disadvantaged or minority).
