The requirement includes analysis, testing and inspection of three F107 oil pumps to determine possible reasons for the oil loss from the oil reservoir when the oil pumps are stored in various positions in the F107 engine. A detailed written report identifying all measurements, test results and analysis is required. The approximate issue/response date will be 02 FEB 98. The anticipated award date will be 20 MAR 98. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered.
