N/A The Ogden Air Logistics Center is hosting an Industry Day for the Environmental Construction/Services Program (Solicitation Number F42650-98-R-0003) on 4 February 1998 at the PK Conference Room, 6038 Aspen Ave. (Building 1289 upstairs), Hill AFB, UT 84056-5805. The purpose of the Industry Day is to familiarize prospective offerors with the extent and nature of the program, unique features of the solicitation, and the changes in FAR 15 as they will apply to this source selection. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. with government briefings. All participating firms are strongly encouraged to prepare their written questions/comments to the solicitation in advance of the Industry Day and submit them to Capt Julie Wittkoff, fax (801) 777-5246, or e-mail: wittkofj@hillwpos.hill.af.mil. At the end of the briefing session, time will be set aside so that offerors can prepare and submit other questions regarding the program. The questions/comments will be read and answered by the appropriate government personnel during the Question and Answer period. Seating will be limited to two representatives per firm. Therefore, prospective offerors who plan to attend the Industry Day shall provide a list of the names and titles of the representatives who will attend the conference to Capt Julie Wittkoff at the above listed fax or e-mail by 2 Feb 98. Any advance questions pertaining to the solicitation should be submitted with the list so that they may be answered at Industry Day.
