Administration Academy (FAAA), Regulatory Standards Division (AMA-260),
has an annual requirement for the acquisition of Gulfstream G-III Pilot
Qualification training. The Government intends to award a competitive
firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery/requirements type contract
consisting of a base year and two 1-year renewable options. Base year
requirements are for one Initial without Flight Training, one Initial
with Flight Training, 8 Recurrents, and supplementary training as
needed. A majority of the students attending training will be FAA
pilots from the Washington Flight Program Staff (Hanger-6), a Federal
Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 135 Certificated Operator. Students
scheduled to attend initial training conducted 100% in the simulator
shall meet perequisites per FAR which authorizes issuance of
appropriate type rating without limitations. Those students not meeting
these prerequisites shall be scheduled in the initial course requiring
two hours of flight training. All interested parties with an FAA
approved training program for this type aircraft are invited to provide
