The USAE Waterways Experiment Station (WES) proposes to award a sole source modification to extend the contract period by 10 months to Contract No. DACW39-95-C-0003 with Ramtech Building Systems, Mansfield, TX. The contract is for the lease of modular offices. WES is currently in the process of adding an addition to an existing building to house the personnel currently located in the modular offices. Due to the short term of the extension, the critical nature of the research being performed and the negative impact of relocating the personnel into another temporary location, Ramtech is the only known source that could provide the modular offices without any disruption to the ongoing work on a short term basis.
