and lease a 13,100 Net Interior one story masonry postal facility for
a period of twenty years. Land which is owned by the Postal Service,
will be ground leased to successful offeror for $1.00 per year for 20
years. At the end of 20 years, the building shall become the property
of the Postal Service. It will be the successful offeror's
responsibility to provide any and all improvements, whether on-site or
off-site to meet DOT, county, and/or EPA requirements, including, but
not limited to, acceleration/deceleration lanes, storm water, or other
drainage and/or landscaping requirements. The USPS does not guarantee
marketable title or site conditions. A Phase I Environmental Site
assessment has been completed. A copy of the Executive Summary is
attached as part of the solicitation package. General Decision Number
MS970057 (Mississippi, Harrison County), is made a part of the
solicitation. Written requests, along with the $50.00 per package

P.A.". NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. No telephone requests for plans will
be accepted. Plans and specifications will be available on or about
01/19/98. Requests for plan holder's lists should be directed to Evette
Rhodes, Shaw/Walker Architects, 601/864-1202. The USPS reserves the
right to award within 120 days after close of the solicitation. Award
notices will be sent to all offerors, local plan rooms, and posted in
the Commerce Business Daily ONLY. Assistance on Real Estate matters

770/454-0614. Assistance on technical specifiations and/or plans should
