Solicitation to construct and lease a 13,100 Net Interior one story masonry postal facility for a period of twenty years. Land which is owned by the Postal Service, will be ground leased to successful offeror for $1.00 per year for 20 years. At the end of 20 years, the building shall become the property of the Postal Service. It will be the successful offeror's responsibility to provide any and all improvements, whether on-site or off-site to meet DOT, county, and/or EPA requirements, including, but not limited to, acceleration/deceleration lanes, storm water, or other drainage and/or landscaping requirements. The USPS does not guarantee marketable title or site conditions. A Phase I Environmental Site assessment has been completed. A copy of the Executive Summary is attached as part of the solicitation package. General Decision Number MS970057 (Mississippi, Harrison County), is made a part of the solicitation.
