All construction within stations 70+00 to STA 101+00 shall be completed by April 1, 1998. Estimated range is $100,000 to $250,000. Site showing is scheduled for February 10, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. Meet at junction Sand Prairie Road, Cahokia Canal. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
