The contract shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to install 8-inch diameter steel pipes and specified hardware, provide concrete inside the 8-inch diameter pipe, provide necessary site work to place pipes above and below grade, provide two aircraft cables through the posts, and provide "concrete dead men". The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 February 1998. Bid opening will be on or about 17 March 1998.
