Grubbe (540) 983-1049 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision to execute the installation of Air Handling Units, Heating and Fan Coil Units in areas of Building Number 2 at the VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia. Work includes the installation of an air handler unit with all associated controls, ductwork and accessories in the Nuclear Medicine area, and several heater/fancoil units, general construction, mechanical and electrical work in Building No. 2. Some portions of the work will need to be performed during nighttime and/or weekend hours to minimize interference with hospital functions. All work is to be accomplished as required by the specifications and drawings. The performance period shall be 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The construction estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is unrestricted. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 1711 applies.
