This project shall be to complete the building demolition of existing concrete, concrete block, brick, windows at the west side of Building 80 and construction of a Handicapped Acessible entrance, including ramp, railing, door, concrete, steel, electrical work, lighting and any necessary appurtenances, and Bid item 1 to renovate and upgrade of the exisitng restrooms in the lower level of the west side of Building 80 to ADA Handicapped Accessibility Standards at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, NEwport RI. The SIC Code is 1542 and the size standard is $17.0 million. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The proposed contract (solicitation) will be issued as unrestricted and is subject to the evaluation criteria set forth in DFAR 252.219-7008- Notice of Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns, Construction Test Program (APR 1996).
