Work includes removing existing HVAC equipment, consisting of heat pump electric furnaces, heat pump condensing units, refrigerant piping, registers, and grills; providing new HVAC equipment; providing new electrical power systems to serve new equipment; and abating asbestos-containing materials. An additive alternate is included for removal and installation of existing wall-mounted air handling units located in the family room of 28 of the 40 units.
