This system shall be a networked telephone and data system connected to the Headquarters PBX via digital trunk interface through Southwestern Bell and Ameritech DS1 service to provide coordinated dialing. The system will support the Fairview Heights, IL Construction Trailer, which requires basic telephone service, and connection to the WAN servers located in the Agency's Headquarters Facility, In addition, increased capacity at the East St. Louis, IL Facility and the MetroLink Yard & Shops Facility located in St. Louis is required.
