THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The quote number is 98-Q-13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-02. This acquisition is set-aside for small business and the associated sic code is 7376, the small business size standard is $18mil.. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors -- Commercial items, applies with the exception of paragraph (h), multiple awards. Multiple awards will not be made. The provisions in 52.212-2, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 apply to the RFQ.
