This is a contract to provide sales closing services for single family (1-4 units) properties owned by the U.S. Department of HUD in the following counties of Iowa; Polk, Warren, Dallas, Boone, Story, Marshall, Jasper, Madison, and Marion. The primary objectives of this contract are to ensure that: the sale of all properties assigned to the contract close within the time stipulated by the Sales Contract; prompt and accurate payment of all closing charges are made; and the net proceeds of each sale are deposited to a non-interest bearing escrow account and request is initiated for the wire transfer of the proceeds via FEDWIRE to HUD's account with the U.S. Treasury on the day of closing or no later than the next banking day.
