This solicitation is unrestricted. The location is Camp Lincoln, 1301 North MacArthur Boulevard, Springfield, Illinois, 62702-2399. Work to be accomplished under this purchase order includes: Remove all existing walls, partitions, fans, lighting, and switches. Lighting and fans will remain the property of using agnecy.; Construct new walls to form three (3) new offices; Install eight (8) new doors and frames as specified; Install one (1) new window with vertical blinds; Construct two (2) new restrooms; Provide suspension system for 8' acoustical ceiling, complete with tile and insulation; Accomplish electrical necessary to make all areas complete and workable; Install 28 new fluorescent light fixtures; Paint all new and existing walls; and Provide plumbing necessary for new restrooms and furnace.
