The item to be procured is a Lock, pedestal, flanged, w/ tenon-2 key to be used for file cabinets. Delivery of locks will via individual delivery orders to UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries in Milan, MI at destination pricing. Minimum guaranteed amount of locks for five years will be 82,000 each. Bid Samples will be required as part of the evaluation process and sent to Mialn MI on or before bid closing to be evaluated for conformance to specifications. Contract will be awarded based on the following Best Value criteria: Price, Past Performance, and Technical i.e. confrormance of product samples to specifications.
