December 18, 1997 is being modified to change the description of item
number 2 as follows: Gravel, 6,000 cubic yards, 100% pass through 1/2
inch screen, 85% pass through a 3/8 inch screen, less than 15% pass
through a 1/4 inch screen and less than 1% pass through a #200 sieve.
The combination Solicitation/Synopsis due date is extended to close of
business January 20, 1998. The delivery date for items 1 and 2 is
extended. Delivery, to be arranged at time of award, will be after
February 1, 1998. Facsimile offers are acceptable in accordance with
FAR 52.215-18; fax number 702-293-8050. A hard copy of your proposal
shall be mailed to the Bureau of Reclamation, P.O. Box 61470, LC-3132,
Boulder City, NV 89006-1470. The Government will NOT be responsible
for any failure attributed to the transmission or receipt of your
