The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for three (3) Attitude Reference Units (ARU's) for integration into a space vehicle. The ARU's will support the attitude determination system. Delivery of two (2) units shall be within twelve (12) months after contract award. The final unit shall be delivered within fourteen (14) months after contract award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered by NRL. Numbered Note 26 applies. NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFP's and Amendments to RFP's.
