(GMG) for the modification of the RRF Vessel Master and ROS Chief Engineer/Chief Mate Indoctrination Video tape series concerning administrative duties and reference volumes at their disposal that provide in-depth information of said duties. Eight videos tapes are involved. They will also provide a new tape covering Aids and Bloodborne Pathogens. Any small business that possesses the knowledge of MARAD's RRF Program and shipboard operation procedures and feels it is capable of producing said videos is encouraged to submit information to the above address and POC NLT January 26, 1998 2:00 PM for consideration.
