The Bureau of Engraving and Printing intends to negotiate a purchase order with ABB Service, Electronic Repair Center, under FAR 6.302-1, Authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) that there is only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency requirement. Items to be repaired are (3 ea) power supply circuit boards for I-8 press, (2 ea) power supply circuit boards for COPE press (1 ea), time circuit board for COPE press, and (1 ea) time circuit board for I-8 press. Award will be made on a sole source basis to provide the services as listed above which are not available from another source. This is only a notice of intent, not a notice for firms to request.
