E-MAIL: Click E-mail link to contact the POC, truet%pk@mhs.elan.ef.mil. The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to enter into sole source contract with GTE, P. O. Box 7188, Mountain View CA 94039, for development, installation and testing for a specialized ground test program. Contractor will generate a spatially and temporally coherent signal scenario for the Electronic Warfare Directorate to be used in the Benefield Anechoic Facility (BAF). The contractor shall develop the parameters and data necessary for scenario generation on a GTE Coherent Signal Simulator. After the scenarios have been programmed into the simulator, the contractor shall create analog tapes of the scenarios to include all coherent signal information. Analog tape format shall be 1-inch instrumentation tape on a 14-inch reel and shall be 14-trackrecordings. Reference data products shall be created by the contractor before and after testing. Reference data products shall include System Configuration Files, Mode Performance Files, Parameter Entry Files, Scenario Generation Files and Signal Data Files. These scenarios must be compatible with previously developed GTE scenarios. Contractor must have approved security clearances. During the simulator depayment tot he BAF, the contractor shall be responsible for the scenario simulator at the test location. Scenario development must be completed and verified by 1 April 98 and BAF testing will occur in September 1998. Notes 22 (response time is 15 instead of 45 days) and 26 apply. (0015)
