Aerial photography at 1:7,920 scale, 6 inch focal length camera lens, color positive film. Total of approximately 5,330 "Primary Sample Unit" sites (PSU sites) located nationwide. Location of each site will be identified by latitude longitude coordinates and ground elevation. Each site will require only one exposure. Photo acquisition periods are established according to agricultural growing seasons and range from May through September, 1998. A GPS aircraft guidance system is highly recommended. Solicitation (RFP) USDA/NRCS-2-98 will be issued on or about February 11, 1998. Competition for this procurement is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Title VII of the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988.
