The Request For Quote Number is DAHA90-98-Q-0115, and will lead to the award of a contract for personalized classroom and hands-on computer training of 480 military recruiters, to include providing specialized software packages, telemarketing guide flip charts, handouts and training materials, and free technical support for the software program. The off the shelf training package will require no research and development. The software package must include: 1. Automated telephone script to overcome various customer attitudes including customer misunderstanding, indifference, drawbacks, and skepticism of Army National Guard (ARNG) features and benefits. 2. Ability to track ARNG Recruiting and Retention Force (RRF) productivity in support of strength maintenance programs. The tracking system must accurately gage, monitor and produce productivity reports associated with recruiting, attrition management and retention of qualified soldiers in the ARNG. 3. The management system must feature an electronic mail capability and single data entry to reduce the RRF work load. 4. The automated tracking system needs to provide the management information on prospecting, interviews, processing and enlistment during the recruitment process. 5.
