Work includes but is not limited to demolition and site improvements which include addition and refurbishment of perimeter fence and secure entries with guard station and control gates; realignment of roads for entry-ways, addition and adjustment of existing parking; upgrade of parking area lighting and addition of CCTV cameras; limited construction and repair work for the existing building including installation of access control devices, installation of fragmentation film to exterior glazing, creation of Receipts and Control Room, and erection of entryway for conference area.
