Z -- REPLACE ROOF AT ERSKINE HALL SOL NMA401-98-R-0002 DUE 033198 POC Ms. Andrea McClendon, Contract Specialist, (301)227-5130 Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to replace the existing roof systems for the main roof, boiler roof, loading dock canopy roofs, and entrance canopy roofs for Erskine Hall, approximately 43,000 SF of total roof area. The new roofing systems shall be modified bitumen. Work shall include demolition of existing main and appendage roof system; application of modified bitumen roof system, including insulation; installation of roof drains; installation of metal flashing; installation of raised steel platform walkway; roof vent removal; replace roof access ladders; door modification; and masonry brick work (minimal). The roof system (including, but not exclusive of, membrane, insulation, mastic) shall include a 15 year warranty. The magnitude of this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. See Note 1.
